Are you feeling a bit “meh”?

Are you feeling a bit “meh”? Maybe it’s time to give your happy hormones a boost! Let’s talk about the fabulous four: dopamine, endorphins, oxytocin, and serotonin. Think of them as the Avengers of your brain ready to save the day!

Dopamine: The “feel-good” chemical. Want to hack it? Set small goals and celebrate like you just won an Oscar!

Endorphins: These are your body's natural painkillers. How to get them flowing? Exercise! But let’s be real: who wants to run a marathon? Instead, try laughing! Watch a funny movie, for example.

Oxytocin: The love hormone! Want to boost it? Give someone a hug or cuddle with your pet. If all else fails, just binge-watch cute animal videos online.

Serotonin: This one helps regulate mood and happiness. Get some sunlight or eat foods rich in tryptophan, such as turkey, quinoa, apples, bananas, seaweed, to name a few!

While these hacks are fun, they’re also about connecting with yourself and others. This is why important business deals are often made face-to-face—the human connection is irreplaceable! So, next time you’re feeling down, grab a friend, share some laughs, and maybe even do a little happy dance together.

About Scarcity Mindset

A scarcity mindset is when you feel you must restrict yourself in some way. A scarcity mindset is formed due to the habit of 'earning' results.

This toxic habit convinces you that you supposedly deserve rewards and celebration only when you're "good" and do everything "well."
With this approach, you're constantly dissatisfied with yourself and complaint about others because others are a reflection of you.

However, no matter how much you suppress emotions, there comes a moment when they break out with all their toxicity. This doesn't happen because you're a "bad" person. The reason for uncontrollable tantrums and other self-sabotage lies in your unfulfilled needs.

You won't get far on pure achievement. If you neglect relaxation, rest, fun, entertainment you inevitably experience burnout, which negatively affects your finances, health, and overall well-being.

If you're always forcing yourself to complete tasks "at all costs," obsessed with the "perfect" result, only treat yourself "on special occasions," and torment yourself with plans, schedules, and work obligations that you've invented for yourself, then don't be surprised why everything in life comes through hard work, and why the result doesn't match the effort you put in.

You've chosen this path yourself. But this path can be rewritten at any moment. To do this, you need to realize that external conditions and circumstances depend on the state of mind you're in most of the time.
